From a prompt to a page.
A beginner-friendly exercise for turning a simple idea into a first draft with AI.
Choose a goal.
Imagine a fictional plant shop that needs a simple page introducing itself. Its first goal is to help visitors understand the shop and explore what it offers.
For your own practice, choose one audience, one useful message and one action.
Shape a prompt.
Describe the goal and the details you know. Keep unknown facts as placeholders until you can verify them.
Preview an example.
The preview beside this lesson is a prepared fictional example. It does not change when you edit the prompt, and it was not generated live by this page.
Open the example to inspect its layout and links, then decide what you would improve.
Open the fictional exampleTry it yourself.
Copy your draft prompt into an AI tool of your choice. Review its response, ask for changes and test the result on different screen sizes.
Use your own approved content. This exercise does not send your prompt to an AI service or save it after you leave the page.
