Privacy policy

How we handle enquiries and programme-related information.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

First Light, also known as the School of Super Intelligence, is currently operated by Abhishek Pratap Singh as an individual. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you enquire about Solve & Sell AI, request counselling or contact us about a First Light programme.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your full name, WhatsApp number, email address, AI learning interests, the profile you select, your response about willingness to invest in the programme, your preferred batch and your preferred counselling call time. We may also keep the date, source of your enquiry, your consent choices, follow-up notes and information you share with us during a conversation.

If you visit our website, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and basic request logs to deliver and operate the site. Meta may process information when you interact with its ads or lead forms under its own policies.

How we use information

We use enquiry details to understand your interests, prioritise and respond to your request, contact you about the requested counselling session and the programme, arrange a conversation, and follow up about enrolment. Your answer about the programme fee is a self-reported preference, not proof of your finances or an obligation to purchase. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a seat or require payment.

If you separately choose to receive marketing, we may send First Light programme updates, offers and learning resources by WhatsApp or email. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting counselling. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us or using an opt-out option in a message, where provided.

Who receives information

Abhishek Pratap Singh currently handles enquiries; authorised First Light team members may access relevant details to help with follow-up. Services used in this process include Meta for advertising and lead forms, Google services including Sheets, Gmail and Meet for lead management, email and meetings, and WhatsApp for messaging. The website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process information as needed to operate their services and may also have their own privacy policies. Google Sheets delivery from Meta will be used only when the connection has been set up.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety. We do not use your counselling request as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Retention and security

We review enquiry information after 12 months and delete information no longer needed, unless a longer period is required for a valid legal or operational reason. Withdrawing marketing consent does not automatically delete information still needed to respond to an enquiry or meet a legal requirement.

We limit access to people who need the information and take reasonable steps to protect it. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, stop marketing messages, or raise a privacy concern. Contact aps.chauhanec@gmail.com. We will consider and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our practices change and will update the date above. For privacy questions or requests, email aps.chauhanec@gmail.com.
